Directions: Best if used in combination with Pro Beauty Call's Energy and Weight Loss Herbs. Add 1 tea bag to 8-12 oz of boiling water and steep for at least 10 minutes. Steep longer for a stronger detox effect. Add honey or your favorite flavor to sweeten. For best results, we recommend drinking at night at least 2 hours prior to bed and following up with 20 oz of water. Upon waking up, drink another 20 oz of water.
