Shampoo: For use with every shampoo or as often as needed.
Use on wet hair. Apply a pea size amount and massge gently all though out the scalp. This shampoo should be concentraed only on the scalp area. After gently massging the scalp for 5-10 minutes let the shampoo sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse and repeat. Use conditioner or hair mask on hair only to restore moisture to the hair.  Optional: Best if used in combination withFUNGI-Free Scalp Detox Tea as a pre-poo.
