Service Description

Reserve today to secure your date and time with a non-refundable deposit . Photos Required. Recommended for hair tangled for 3 months or more due to overdue weaves, braids, extensions, ponytails, etc., and takes more than 1.5 hours to detangle major tangled hair. Our goal is to SAVE your hair, not to CUT it. There is nothing to be ashamed of, so help us help you by being open and honest about the severity of your hair. We will work hard to save your tangled hair so you can preserve your beauty and self-esteem.

Cancellation Policy

Once the deposit is made, please send a screenshot of the deposit to 706-305-6973. After the deposit is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via a calendar invite. Please accept this invite. If you have not received your invitation within 48 hours of deposit confirmation, please text or call us. Deposits, Late Fees, and Cancellation Policy: *Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits for products (hair, extensions, oils, teas, etc.) are not transferable. *Late Fees: PBC has a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, half of your deposit is forfeited. After 30 minutes, the entire deposit is null and void. *Service Cancellations: - Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment may be transferred to another service with a 10% transfer fee. - Cancellations made over 1 week but less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment can be transferred to another service with a 50% transfer fee. - Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and cannot be transferred to another service.
