Service Description

Schedule a 1-on-1 phone consultation to discuss and evaluate the desired look you wish to achieve. Please have pictures ready. This consultation is HIGHLY recommended for new clients seeking any service. During this session, we will recommend the appropriate services based on your preferences and requirements. It is essential to communicate openly and honestly with your Artist to ensure alignment and prevent any surprises regarding pricing on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Once the deposit is made, please send a screenshot of the deposit to 706-305-6973. After the deposit is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via a calendar invite. Please accept this invite. If you have not received your invitation within 48 hours of deposit confirmation, please text or call us. Deposits, Late Fees, and Cancellation Policy: *Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits for products (hair, extensions, oils, teas, etc.) are not transferable. *Late Fees: PBC has a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, half of your deposit is forfeited. After 30 minutes, the entire deposit is null and void. *Service Cancellations: - Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment may be transferred to another service with a 10% transfer fee. - Cancellations made over 1 week but less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment can be transferred to another service with a 50% transfer fee. - Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and cannot be transferred to another service.
