Enjoy the comfort of your home or chosen location while our team travels to you for a personalized consultation. Simply have pictures ready and let us recommend the perfect services to achieve your desired look. Consultations are mandatory for all color and chemical services, semi-permanent extensions (including tape extensions, tape-in extensions, micro-weft extensions, micro-link extensions, i-tip extensions), hair loss recovery clients, custom wigs, and more. For wedding clients, we provide specialized wedding services to enhance your special day even further. We prioritize open and honest communication with our clients, emphasizing the importance of transparency to avoid any surprises on the day of your appointment."

Cancellation Policy

Once the deposit is made, please send a screenshot of the deposit to 706-305-6973. After the deposit is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via a calendar invite. Please accept this invite. If you have not received your invitation within 48 hours of deposit confirmation, please text or call us. Deposits, Late Fees, and Cancellation Policy: *Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits for products (hair, extensions, oils, teas, etc.) are not transferable. *Late Fees: PBC has a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, half of your deposit is forfeited. After 30 minutes, the entire deposit is null and void. *Service Cancellations: - Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment may be transferred to another service with a 10% transfer fee. - Cancellations made over 1 week but less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment can be transferred to another service with a 50% transfer fee. - Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and cannot be transferred to another service.
